Bought the Hughes performance HP4004x flex plate and only 1 torque converter bolt lines up , will have to take it off to drill so going to change it .Can any one recommend a good flex plate, thanks

That one is just for the TH400. Return it.
You can use a 5.3L stock dished LS flexplate (elongate the 3 coverter holes and use a crank bushing.
