Luis Tiant was one of baseball’s memorable showmen, throwing 187 complete games and 49 shutouts. But his career separated him from his family and from his homeland, Cuba. He died at 83.

Luis was one of the most enoyable pitchers to watch back in the 70's... During his windup, he would be facing center field more than the pitcher... that had to be distracting to a batter! He added some fun/interest to baseball during his career!... And he made the HOF...!
