Hello folks,
Today I discovered that my Blueprint 383 engine doesn't have a thermostat.
The car has always run exceedingly well, always around 185-190, and I had no indication that the thermostat was missing.
My inclination is to put one in, as I was taught that you should always run one on a street car. Seems that a 180 degree unit should be just right for a carbureted non-emissions-control engine. What say you?
And finally, any good reason to leave it out?
Thanks! :flag6:
