Trying to get better cooling by doing several things, one of which is increasing the airflow thru the radiator. I'm "sealing" the fan shroud to the radiator, but while I'm at it I want to make sure the fan is the highest CFM I can handle.

I didn't build this car and I can't find a receipt for the fan in the mess of stuff the PO gave me, so I took the numbers off the fan to do research with. The model number appears to be AP70/LL A473 and it's a 16"puller (yes, it's installed on the engine side of the radiator). There is also another number-00111233 but don't know what it is.

I tried googling these numbers in all sorts of configurations with no success. I was going to call Spal, but they have no number listed on their website. Does anyone have any ideas how I can identify the specs on this fan? Thanks

If it's not on their web-site, calling Spal would be the best option. That particular model is probably out of production. I called them about my A/C blower fan and they were very helpful.

Thanks. I did find a number for them and found out that what I have is the motor number. The fan number stars with VA-------. He did say I have the biggest motor.
