Using original window regulators

Mike: If they still 'function' like new, there's no slop in the pivot area, the rollers are good, etc.. then I'd suggest RESTORING them.... ie. cleaning, painting, lubricating the friction points, and replacing any small parts that need it...

I bought some of the small parts to rebuild mine, but when I got them out and examined them, they needed MORE than just the small parts, so I ended up purchasing new regulators at around $100 each... (I have some new small parts if you decide to rebuild yours, let me know)..
