Dual master cylinder converson pictures

There have been quite a few questions about drim drum/dual dual master cylinder conversions on here so while I was doing one on my 57 handyman wagon today, I took some pictures.

You can see where I plugged the rear port on the block and installed a union and 6ft of 3/16 brake line and run it along side the front brakes. The MC is a 67 camero drum drum from ORileys. The brake line goes behind the steering box. Maybe this will make it a little clearer.

Thanks for posting some pics, i was looking for a dual master cylinder which looks like the original but found nothing, this doesnt look too bad and may have to do something similar although i would spray the top black as well.

Many thanks for the photos! Does not look like too bad of a conversion. How is the pedal feel compared to the stock master?

I havn;t tried this one, but I never noticed that much difference between a single and a dual. (to be honest, I probably drove tri fives between 1 and 2 hundred thousand miles using a single cylinder brake but its been many years since I drove one that way)

Its the first thing I do whenever I get a different car.

Will the 1967 Camaro dual master cylinder for non power drum brakes work for a 1956 with non power drum brakes?

That master cylinder is the one most commonly used for your car.

I am trying to look up the Napa part # for the 1967 Camaro dual master cylinder with drum and NON power brakes but am not sure which one to go with.
Is this the correct Part #: NMC P36280
Also, will it bolt up to the firewall without any issues?
