I would have thought that my opinion of human beings wouldn't have gotten any lower, but now they have taken cake. Anyone know any of these morons waiting in line for their test. What the hell is going on.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:
Somewhere I have a T shirt with that saying. Very true and great advice."never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups"
Just look at the lines at airports in Europe of Americans trying to get home. No one is more then 6 inches social distance."never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups"
Funny and a definite ring of truth to that, Carmine."never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups"
Never underestimate the power of the media even when many people say they don't trust the media."never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups"
When I got out of the Air Force in 1969 I told myself I would never wait in another line, (hurry up and wait). I have stuck to it as much as humanly possible.I would have thought that my opinion of human beings wouldn't have gotten any lower, but now they have taken cake. The media loves juicy news as that is their lifeline. They are happiest when there is a major crisis going on. My personal opinion is that we are undergoing a catastrophic economic crisis that will takes years to come out of and the catastrophic health crisis will only take a couple of months and even multiplying the cases and death tolls against the total population figures (370 million)...this is not even an epidemic. We see worse with the flu every year.Jim, Just my opinion the news media has blown this thing out of proportion and people are panicking buying toilet paper emptying all markets of food that we all need. I agree with you that it is so wrong, but as long as the media is doing what they are doing for what ever reason, and I won't get into that. I am afraid it's going to get worse.
