ok i have 56 belair running 350 and wot i believe is camaro diff with drum brakes. the front has been changed to disc with only a duel master cyl and proportion valve. No booster, now my dilema is two lines from master cyl go to valve and one out serves all the brakes?? so line out of valve goes to block for left disc then onto another block to right disc then same line to the rear. is that right??

I've changed the front to disc, and kept the rear drum
Here's the setup
First photo is the unit mounted on the car, a 55 210 but I don't think that matters.
In the second photo the red ellipse on the left has two connections top at angle that goes to the front left brake, and the bottom to the right front brake.
The green ellipse at the end on the right is a single connection that goes to the rear with a block diverting lines to the left and right rear drum brakes.
This was my first attempt with trying to augment the photo with color markings, I'll try to gt them thicker...

This is how I plan to set it up. If this is not correct, hopefully others will chime in.

Mine is the same as Bill's..
With a dual master cylinder, one output is for the front and the other is for the back. Depending on the proportioning valve, you could have 3 lines like ours or just 2 lines, one front and one rear. I like the 3 line setup. :anim_25: :flag6:

Without 2 lines coming out of proportioning valve there is no reason for it. You only have 1 pressure feeding both front & rear lines. As Pops valve picture shows 2 lines in, 2 lines out.

4. Right click again on the highlited line and copy

5. Click "post reply" on your thread

7. Right click on that and paste.

Works like magic.
