it was a 2 door. based on the pics, and the price, i would say someone got a decent car.

 

 

I think the point that it’s possible to have a rust free CA car - not that all CA cars are rust free.

Thing is, it’s as dry and salt free as it gets once you get inland of the first row of mountains.

 

Like anything if your close go out and see for yourself, or id parts are advertised go pick them up, scammers are finding ways to get you to part with your hard earned cash.

 

No I figured one of you rich old guys would by and get running flip it for good money.

I got my 56 over 50 years ago was rust free. Meaning the guy charged no more for the rust on this 18 rear old car it was free.

no "real" rust??? I can assure you that unless you get lucky enough to find a climate controlled storage real survivor or a recent frame off total restoration, any of these 70 yr old cars are gonna have some rust.

 

I am just in the middle of inventoring a 56 from California....no rust is possible

 

Seems like it is he messenger me back saying car needs tires and motor tuned not been running conditions in 27 years so who knows?
