Installing upper control arm bumpers

I thought I read a thread on here about this but couldn't find it.

How do you install the upper control arm bump stop. I have pushed, twisted, pried with a screwdriver, etc and I can't seem to get a 1" rubber stopper into a 3/4" hole.

I went with Poly because of all the complaints here about how crappy the rubber being made is today. They are already in, so they are staying at this point.

I did use Moog rubber bushings in the Lower A-Arms and whatever rubber bushings CPP put in the +5* uppers.
