Fuse not blown. I have voltage from the fuse panel to the flasher relay socket. No voltage from the flasher relay socket to either the left or right wiring at the harness that connects to the steering column with either the turn signals on or off. No voltage from the fuse panel to the left or right wiring at the harness. This is with the flasher installed.
Is there a way to test the led flasher?

I do have parking lights, brake lights.

Did you just install the LED flasher or has it been working? A LED flasher is polarity sensitive, meaning the correct terminal of the flasher has to have 12 volts. A stock flasher doesn't care which terminal has the 12 volts. The socket that the LED flasher is plugged into could be wired backwards.

Don, The flasher has been in the car since 2012 and working until today. All I did today was replace my battery. I had a difficult time getting the negative terminal to tighten and took a few time to get it right. Every time I tried to start the car it would crank for a second and then all power went out. Its a 2 prong with a ground wire.

The electronic flasher may have taken a spike from the bad battery connection and blew it.

That's what I was thinking,Don. I ordered a new one. We don't have them local. Thanks for your insight. Always can count on you.

I checked all the auto parts stores in my area. There are many different types. I needed a round 2 pin led flasher with ground wire relay having the X pin (- top center) and L pin ( l right side) as shown in brackets. Suppose to get the part tomorrow. This is holding up my taking the 55 to get it state inspected. Always something goes wrong the last minute and it would have to happen after I put the front seat in. Felt like a pretzel taking out the flasher.:argh:

I got my flasher from a motorcycle shop. Cheap compared to other places.
