I have a stock flywheel, bell housing & starter and bought this kit:

If your flywheel has deep grooves in it you may want to take it all apart and get it surfaced. Had mine surfaced. So it could have been originally a smaller clutch on mine, but the smaller clutch I had the holes did not line up with the flywheel. The 11" clutch I got at Speedway bolted on perfect.
