Thought it might be fun to see how long these rides sat dead before seeing asphalt again (if you know).

My Panel came home in 2017, but, it was in pieces. If I had to guess the year it had last been on the road at all, I'd have to say in the 1990s, MAX.

I parked it in 1979. When I acquired it in 1971 it was being driven daily.

two of mine were parked in 1963....current 2 door was parked in 1973......another was parked in 1980 after Mt St Helens ash took out the engine

My brother bought his 57 in 1972 right before he joined the Navy, and parked it at our Grandfathers. When he died in 1976 it was still parked at Grandpa's. Dad put it in his name but still left it at Grandpa's,in 1988 he had it towed to his house,towed because it wasn't running. He kept getting notes on the windshield, "If you want to sell this car, call me", I told him if he was going to sell it let me know first. He gave it to me in 1989, still not running. I parked it beside my house thinking I needed a bigger garage then the one car garage I have. In 2016 I decided I better get busy before I was to old to work on it, I've been driving and working on it every since. Its the only thing I have that belonged to my brother. So it was parked from 1972 till 2016!

My 55 wagon that I purchased in 99 was last registered in 72, I put it back on the road in 2001. The 55 Belair I recently sold to Donovan (Mikeys nephew) was last registered in 69/70.

Purchased in 1965 from used car lot and drove it until 1968 when parked in my father's (not kind) dirt floor NH barn. Trailered it to PA in 1986, started restoration in 2011 under its own power in 2018. Oh, my daughter in the photo has a 25 yo son.
