I've been looking for a set of rally wheels for my 56. I have a chance to pick up a nice set, originally off a 78 chevy pickup. I have two concerns. Is the bolt pattern the same ? also they are 7" wide, will i be able to run 60's on them. i'd appreciate some quick answers as these rims are on CL, and i need to give the seller an answer. Thanks

The pickup has a bigger bolt pattern than the cars do. You need a set off of a car to fit the 56.

Thanks for the reply, i was afraid that might be the case, how about the width? i'm thinking an 8" is probably a better width for 60's
I have 8" rallys on the rear of mine. I found on mine that a factory 8" rally sat too close to the quarter, so i went with the aftermarket 8" rally. Thye have more backspace than the factory 8" rim.
