Another great option is Sam's Chevy Parts in Moline. It's been around a long time and must be old school since I don't think they have a website. He had the 2 150 quarter window seals I've been looking to find forever, and he had 2 on the shelf I received 2 days later.
Moline Illinois?

I agree Mutton Hollow is excellent but they are in Utah and I am in Maine, expensive to ship big/heavy stuff. I will try the guy who used to be C&P in PA or Keith's in NC for the oversize stuff. Thanks for advice on Woodys as said before they looked good on paper.

Been waiting on speedometer assembly for fully restored 56 Chevy Belair since October 5th- today is January 3rd 2023- 2 days shy of 3 months-called twice in between and was given 2 different dates on getting order-have been without working speedometer since.

Customer service is vital if you want to be in business for a long time
Business 101: Without Customers, you have no business.

I like Mutton Hollow, and Crazylights Chevy, but I wish both would work on their Shipping Fee's, etc. I wonder if they could work out a deal with FedEx or UPS, based upon their shipping volume(s), etc. Often I have to pay more for shipping than the actual Part cost!!!

Just curious if others have found their customer service to be unacceptable. Been waiting for 6 weeks for body mounts. They've told me twice they were shipping that day. Now they don't return phone calls.
I’ve had 3 bad power steering pumps all of them leak as soon as you put fluid in them ,I tried to talk to Chris , Ian intercepted the call told me none ever had 3 bad pumps told me to get them somewhere else they would credit me at list cost . Told him I just wanted a good pump told me they won’t go any futher with it . I know other people had bad pumps I read it on here . They just don’t care

That's TOTAL BULL! You should have received much better treatment, if they wanted your business and anyone else's for that matter.

This company foolishly does not realize (or care) that news of bad service travels farther and faster than good.

I don't buy from them or support their events anymore.

Shipping is outrageous. Ordered a pair of brake pedal bushings from east coast Chevy and it said 50 cents shipping and 10 bucks handling charge. The bushings were 11 bucks

Yes I’m very disappointed I’ve owned an alarm service business and an electrical contracting business since 1971 I. If I ever treated my customers like that I would never survive . In over 50 years I had one bbb complaint fixed the problem had a happy customer . What really disturbing is before I did business with Woodys I drove 700 miles to meet with them before buying anything plowed down $10000 in cash to try and negotiate better pricking . The delays because of Covid are understandable the fact that there was no updates on deliveries unless you called was not .I had to hold my cool several times ( I’m a believer in how to win friends and influence people ) when someone on the other end couldn’t figure out why I called so much . They could have sold me another $10000 in parts if they ran their business like a service business.

Woody's is no different than Eckler's. Neither produced what they sell. If you don't pay your suppliers.......they will not provide parts for very long
without getting paid. Don't ask for details......I have my sources and will not disclose them.

I live about 30 min down the road from Sam's. I went over to Moline and it's a tiny place, the guy is definitely old school. The gentleman who works there, Dan, is very knowledgeable and knows where everything is in the place. I have also ordered parts thru them and they are very reasonable on prices and shipping. They have a ton of used parts as well. Would recommend!!!

I ordered from Woody’s a complete floor pans and spare tire delete and outer rockers. I was told by Dave that they were in stock and I would have them in about 10 days. Well, several calls later Jerry informed me that they don’t actually stock those parts and they come directly from Gold Star in Texas. They don’t have the trunk floor but it “might” be in a shipping container somewhere out in the ocean. He offered to send me the trunk pan with a spare tire well and a plate to weld over it. Nothing offered for my time to do the cutting and welding. Needless to say, I’ll not be ordering anything from them in the future. Why can’t they just be honest?

honesty to Woody's is like kryptonite to Superman

I would like to say I'm surprised, Unfortunately I am not a bit surprised. Their lack of customer service has been discussed here more than once.

"Why can't they just be honest" Some businesses operate backwards. I'm not going overboard with Woodies, but at one time I worked for a company that just wanted "assets in the door", a few younger guys crunched the numbers and at the end we were taking in business that was NOT profitable. We were losing money, but the owner did not care.

Sometimes they pump the business up and sell it; sometimes the $ catches up and the business becomes profitable....and sometimes it doesn't....sometimes people go to jail. It's not the right way, but there are many companies out there doing business ...backwards. It's the American way, you either have good leadership or you don't.

I’ve tried several times to contact Chris I’ve been intercepted could never get thru.even tried his email they have terrible customer service I’ve been in the service bus 55 years I’ve fired people for trying to keep customers from reaching me . I went thru 3 steering pumps all leaked they said no one ever had that problem which I know was bull . They would not send another out they sent me a check for $85. Didn’t want the bad ones back so I paid 200. For a right stuff one and it did not leak . They may build nice cars but do not know how to run a supply bus and I still haven’t been able to get Chris . I’ve spent at least $6000. More at other venders and told a friend of mine who is reducing a 57 and also got a leaky pump ,told him my story he planned is pending at least $18000. In parts and will Ny be useing Woodys
