I used a 4-window kit from SPW on my Conv. Pretty easy install since it is a direct bolt-in and uses GM motors. I used factory tubes in the doors for wiring.

I've heard many good reports here on the Nu-Relics power windows.

 

I have Nu-Relics in my front windows in my 57 4 door hardtop.
The window handle as an actuator did not work due to space requirements so I went with the regular switches, No problems yet. I also installed and ran the rear window harnesses and stowed them under the rear seats for future addition of the rear power windows.

Nu Relic customer here. Great product, bolts right in. Instructions supplied are total crap.

Not a bolt in at all, in fact it requires you to completely change the way the glass is operated.

 

I call that type "universal" and can be made to work on the front windows only. Although more expensive, I think the Nu-Relic and the SPW kits are the only ones that bolt-in, and work like the original roll up mechanisms, both front and rear.
