On a dual exhaust setup where the brake line and the fuel line are routed along the outside of the frame rail, how long are each? And what is the standard diameter of each?

I'm not sure where you'd find the length, but I'd think the brake lines would be 3/16" diameter, the fuel lines are 5/16" on a 4 bbl car and 3/8" on a 2x4 bbl or fuel injected car.

If no one chimes in on the brake lines, I'll look tomorrow.

What JG said :):tu The original stock brake line size was 3/16" However, I prefer using 1/4" for the rear line on a disc/drum installation.

Are you making your own lines?....If so, get the 25' rolls from Advanced Auto Parts or one of the other places

Or you can buy here:http://www.inlinetube.com/#!brake--fuel-lines/c1g3e

I was hoping for the exact length because the local NAPA will cut it to length from a roll, attach the connectors and flare the ends for me, saving me a lot of time and effort.

Why don't you lay out your planned route and measure it with a tape measure. Remember to allow for bowing out around body mounts and such and add an inch or so which you can shorten with extra bowing to make it fit. Too long and you can make it fit, too short and you can't.

Do they have gravel guard (spring wire wrapping) for the rear sections?
