Of course it's not sold out, plenty of tickets available👍🏻 I think your looking at the hotels and yes many of them are sold out, but new ones have been added to the list so you can still get a room.

So for all of you that are driving or trailering your classic to the Nationals I have some updated news to pass on about the activities, parking and FREE stuff for you!

Many of you have already planned out your trip and have contacted others to go along with you. There are some organized groups leaving from different parts of the country. It seems that some want to get there quick and others are making a longer trip of it. No matter what way you are coming from and how you are traveling you might want to make sure to get there early enough to meet up on Wednesday at Lokar in Knoxville at noon for free lunch and then a cruise down to Nashville that afternoon. If you can’t be there on Wednesday then at least get there by Thursday noon to join all the others for the FREE Heacock Classic Cruise that starts at Advanced Plating in Nashville (more info below).

Trailers: Those of you that will be bringing your classic in a trailer you will be able to park the tow vehicle and trailer at the show grounds starting Wednesday. There will be security at the grounds 24 hours to make sure the vehicles there are safe. This being said only those with trailers will be able to enter the grounds before Friday, and only too drop off the trailers. Sorry too much liability to have people checking it out early.

Dancing: Join the rest of your new friends for a night of music and fun with The Tailfins, a 50s and 60s band. Held at the National Corvette Museum on Friday, August 14th, there will be prizes and announcements you won’t want to miss! Tickets are limited and $10 per person, so get yours today by calling 855-567-1957. Whether you dance or not the Sock Hop is not to be missed! Tickets are going fast and there are only about 100 left, they have to be pre purchased so hurry up so you don’t miss out an a fun evening.

Tours and Food: So who wants a couple of FREE meals? Thats right for those registered and attending the tour at Advanced Plating in Nashville you will get a free lunch while you check out their chrome shop and hook up with other cruisers. You will be given a cling on window banner to place on your car for the rest of the Nationals and two armbands. Once we are done there we will all cruise from Nashville to the Corvette Museum and get a FREE tour using the armbands you were given. After the group cruise from Advanced Plating to the Corvette Museum we will cruise on to the host hotel in Bowling Green with a police escort, only vehicles with the banner will be allowed in the cruise. Once at the Host Hotel, Holiday Inn, there will special parking for all the vehicles in the cruise. There will a BBQ set up for everyone to purchase, except those with the armbands as they get to eat FREE!

So lets figure this out you get 4 meals (driver and passenger)- $40 and 2 Corvette tours- $10 each, so that $60 worth of food and fun you get for joining the group tours! Oh and there is more, check out the parking deal below.

Preferencial Parking: The cling on window banner you got at Advanced Plating will allow you to come into the show on Friday and Saturday to reserved parking right next to the Tri-Five Nationals hospitality tent. This way you can grab some breakfast and then come on it and claim your parking spot when you feel like it!

Ray Harris and myself are going to roll up on Thursday, you are welcome to go if you want to meet up somewhere.

Joe bowtie-trifive
Already have that arranged. :tu.

That's cool i have number 120. Are you still planing on going early
Going, absolutely! When is now in question. The build on the truck got stalled back in February due to an unexpectedly busy work schedule. (I'm self-employed, which makes my boss the worst tyrant on the planet :sign0020: ) So I'm either going to be driving to the Nats in the family grocery getter - thank goodness it's a Chevy! - or perhaps flying to Nashville and renting a car. Still too early to decide which way.

wow 10 min's later.
wow just received a call from Woody's.

My packet #24 will be in the mail shortly.

What happened is I live outside cont. U.S.A. and due to cost of extra postage they do not send packets out. If you live outside U.S.A. and want your Packet shipped to you, you need to tell them and give extra money to cover cost.

:shakehands:

That could be true. I have not received mine but I received an email that states that it will be left at the Hotel for me to pick up. That I think is because I live outside the U.S.A; in South Africa.

Heita!
